Today's Cup Practice and Qualifying Canceled

So, it's raining in Bristol and cold enough that they actually stored the cars in the haulers for overnight because it's supposed to be below freezing. There's a good chance of snow in the forecast. Since qualifying was cancelled, cars are being lined up by last years owner's points. Yes, you Tony Stewart Fans, he will be on the pole. Kenseth will start 8th and Elliott Sadler 13th. Robby Gordon does get to race based on a rule that states something about him attempting to qualify for all races gets him one of the last spots. Yeah!

The 1st Cup practice is scheduled for 9:30 AM ET tomorrow. Well, there's only a 40% chance of snow showers at that hour and same chance for the 11:00 AM Happy Hour. Actually, all of Saturday has the same chance of some type of precipitation.

The good news.... Sunday by 12:00 PM ET, the chance drops to 10%. Yes, you can't always trust these forecasts and let's hope they are wrong tomorrow too. First, because the Cup guys need to practice, and second because I want to see the Busch race as well.
