Congrats Jeff Burton for the Cup pole!!!

Woo-hoo, I like this Jeff!! And it was fun to see Matt has not forgotten about Burton's comments during the Michigan rain delay. Matt jokingly told the interviewer that they might want to check Jeff's throtle to make sure it wasn't hung after that qualifying run. Appears Matt and Jeff have a bet every week on who will qualify better. Nice to see they still have a good friendship going and don't let who is on what team effect that. And Matt didn't do so bad himself with an 8th place qualifying run. So, Roush has 6 drivers in the Cup race this weekend. Jeez... Well, you can say it's 7 if you want to call Esad's car a Roush car since he's running a Roush chassis. Oh ya.. heard about Jarrett and UPS. That really sucks for Robert Yates Racing.

Esad on Track Side...well, he made 1/2 the show. He was late as Cup quals ran late, causing Busch practice to run late. The crowd seems to be a bit more wild with Elliott on the show. And no more stage dives!

Oh... just watched "Beyond the Wheel"... so it was he who shall not be named on my blog's crew chief that made the comment about Matt and Tony forgetting the Daytona 500 and acting like best friends. Why does that not surprise me? Is that whole team a bunch of whiners?
